A nice creamy chocolate icing...
1 cup soft butter
1/3 cup whipping cream
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups icing sugar
4 ounces melted unsweetened chocolate (cooled yet still liquid)
Beat butter until fluffy and light, beat in icing sugar then the cream and vanilla, then chocolate.
